Send in your War Mat Pictures

Hi Everyone, 

Most of the US backers have mats in hand. I would love to see them in action. If you get a chance, please send me some pictures and we can post them on our facebook. Send them at [email protected]. 

Good news for our International backers, I'll be shipping most out within the next couple weeks. I had to negotiate better shipping rates. Just FYI - a normal UPS or Post office rate is over $100 + for shipping 7-12 pound package to Canada and oversees but we were able to get the rate close to the Kickstarter budget. Funny how things are always more expensive than the quote your given. Just all part of the start up business fun.

Hi Everyone,

It was a long month but very rewarding. Some stats. 

  • 150 Backers completed and shipped orders
  • 50 more backers left, mostly non-US 
  • over 240 packages packed and shipped. 
  • 3 packages destroyed, 1 lost but looking 

I started limited retail selling. My goal for the month is to close out all kickstarter rewards including all international shipping.

Hello Backers,

I wanted to give you a quick update on progress for getting your Magnetic War Mat. I have locked in a deal with the printer and they have ordered the material. Magnets and Bags are in my hand. 

I wanted to share with you that I appreciate your backing and I hope you enjoy your rewards when they are delivered to you. 

Shortly after completing the campaign fulfillment I hope to have Magnetic War Mats available from our web site and through Amazon. The 3x3 mat package will be $70 and the 3x6 mat package will be $130. The price is higher because there are additional fees and other overhead. 

I wanted to share this with you because you helped start a business. Without you, I could not even get to the point of even trying to launch this product. 

Successful or not, you gave me a chance, and for that, I’m very grateful. I will get this product to you as fast as I can.
